THE GUERILLA SHORTS SHOWCASE: 2025 NEW YEAR EDITION
In late January, Utah-based filmmaking teams of all ages and all skill sets were invited to take part in the 2025 New Year Edition of the Guerilla Filmmaking Challenge. These teams were given a month to create short films (6 minutes or less) using any resources available to them. Additionally, these filmmaking teams were required to pick from a list of categories and lines of dialogue to build their shorts around. In the end, 25 teams signed up for the Challenge and at this special showcase event, attendees will have an opportunity experience these wildly creative short films on the big screen. Additionally, patrons are encouraged to get in on the action and vote for their favorite as there will be an Audience Choice award handed out alongside 3 Jury Prizes.
